Interesting concept that I read already about some time ago. Wasn’t aware Finalist started this. Although it is a creative approach, I wonder whether anything is fundamentally changing. If you drive the reversal too far, the future employee would drive the interview, he wouldn’t have to show his own cv, and the employer would stop working for his current employees
I expect that the reversal is undone after first contact and the rest of the process will be as usual. But… interesting to hear whether this increases yield of recruitment.
